The novels “Kamennyje Sny” (“Stone Dreams”) by A. Aylisli (Azerbaijan), “Epokha Mertvorozhdennykh” (“The Epoch of Stillborn”) by G. Bobrov (Ukraine, LNR) and “Puteshestvie Khanumana na Lolland” (“Hanuman’s Travel at Lolland”) by A. Ivanov (Estonia) is analyzed in terms of confrontation and interpenetration of the Azerbaijani, Armenian, Russian, Ukrainian, Western, Asian and other types of culture.
