Halberstadt Marienklage Ms. from the collection of the Science Library of Lomonosov Moscow State University: new aspects of research. Philological interpretation
Abstract
The article includes two parts: the first one (by Natalija Ganina) presents a philological study of the Halberstadt Marienklage Ms. (The Science Library. of Lomonosov Moscow State University, f. 40, opis’ 1, №46), contains the new transcription of the Middle German text and its Russian translation. The second part (by Rimma Pospelova) offers the transcription of music (from the gothic notation) with some comments on music substance of this unique form of the Passion play.
