Cultural Connotive Vocabulary in Descriptions of Azerbaijan at the Beginnings of the 19th century
Abstract
In the article the composition of S.M. Bronevsky which considerable part is devoted to the description of the territory of modern Azerbaijan is considered. This composition introduced into linguistic circulation for the first time is of special interest as actually the first historical and cultural analysis of life, customs of Azerbaijanians therefore the composition saturated cultural and connotive vocabulary – the tyurkizms entering in the first half of the 19th century Russian. The overview of this vocabulary with specification of time of emergence in the Russian writing is given.
