Monograph by Professor Eliza Malek “The Story of Caesar Ottone in Old Russian translation and its later adaptations (study and edition)” is the tenth volume of the series “Library of Russian Translations of Old Polish Literature of the 17^th–18^th Centuries”. The book explores the literary destiny of the chivalric romance about Ottone in Russia and Poland, systematizes the editions and copies of the Old Russian translation, analyzes its literary convoy and the ways of reception, as well as the transformations in the process of cultural transfer.
