Folk Omens about the Weather: Specificity of Form and Syntactic-stylistic Peculiarities
Abstract
The paper analyzes the genre of peasant omens about the weather, which is the least investigated in folklore. The purpose is to explore the specifics of the language of folk poetic style using the example of German folk omens about the weather. The main technical tools and stylistic means that are used when creating this type of text are discussed.
