Grammatical rules in Bulgarian literary language – compliance and violations (based on the material of the mass media)
Abstract
Review of the codification of grammatical rules of Bulgarian literary language from the last spelling reform of 1945 to the spelling dictionary of 2012 presents the dynamics of the processes. On the material of oral and written official public speech is found that the rule of the long and the short article, the a rule for the ending -м in 1 pers. pl. present tense of the verbs 1-th and 2-th conjugation and the rule of using of reflexive possessive pronoun are accurately respected. The rule of using forms кого, когото, някого, никого isn’t respected in 1/4 of cases. The sustainability of grammatical rules of the modern literary language results from of extensive social basis of the literary language.
