“Letters of a Russian Traveler” in a Circle of Literary Sources. N.M. Karamzin and Johann Wilhelm von Archenholz
Abstract
The article deals with the different forms of author interaction “Letters of a Russian Traveler” with the various bookish sources. For example the author shows how the news about the fate of the poet Paul Ludwig Ewald von Kleist from the fragment of “History of the Seven Years War” written by Johann Wilhelm von Archenholz was used by N.M. Karamzin.
