“The Light of the Frescoes of Dionisy”: the Fotos by Yuri Holdin
Abstract
The article deals with the works of photo artist Yuri Kholdin, who was the first made the fotos of the frescoes of Dionysius in Ferapontovo in daylight. It conveys the subtle color, light, airiness and immateriality of the frescoes of the Russian icon painter Dionisy.
