Guseva O.V. The Andreev Readings Conference in the Saint-Petersburg State University
The article narrates the history of the conference “Andreev Readings: Slavic Literatures and Literary Relations” dedicated to the memory of the outstanding Slavist Vsevolod Andreev (1929–2000). The conference is held annually at the Faculty of Philology of the St. Petersburg State University since 2009, and in 2018, the university hosted the Tenth Anniversary Readings. The main topics of the conference are the history and current state of Slavic literatures, an interplay between Slavic cultures, and problems of inter-Slavic translations.
